Binding of Earth is a transcendental skill that pulls the target toward the earth. The target could crash to the ground in bad situations. Unlike Gravitational Field, the target of this skill is not a range; it is cast on an individual, so even if the target moves the effect will continue, and it does not influence bystanders. If the skill is weakly cast, the target can overcome the binding and move around.
