Frosty Shot is a pierce-and-shock wave transcendental skill. It is similar to Clophe's Frosty Field and is a similarly-leveled transcendental skill, but its piercing power is weak and its range is narrow, so it is used like a bullet attack. Of course, the bullet could become a cannonball depending on the user.
