  • Hey, is there any particular reason you keep attempting to remove my admin status with no warning or discussion? As a bureaucrat I can just restore them myself but I really don't want to have to fight with you about this. Now that Horseshoe Crab has left I'll be needing those to do the things she used to, like updating the front page when new chapters come out.

Speaking of Horseshoe Crab, this kind of thing (you making drastic changes with no discussion and refusing to cooperate with the other admins) is exactly why she left. I tried to be as gracious as possible during your argument and you respond my revoking my admin status for daring to disagree with you? It's an abuse of admin rights, and if you don't want to lose all of your active contributors I sincerely suggest you stop.

  • I have another ~66 transcendentals to update, but if you're going to change them all as soon as I'm done then I'll lose all motivation to continue.

We have to come to some sort of compromise for the sake of the health of the wiki. Some of your changes are good (such as "Agni is the 5th Zen-level god of Fire" which made sense because there are many fire gods, and the change did not introduce any conjecture) but when I or anyone else sees an edit of yours that is too far away from the original intent of the source material, you should not get upset and start an edit war when there's a legitimate reason to undo your change.

Any new major cosmetic changes to the wiki that I make in the future will start with a notice, and I'll give a few days before I actually begin. If there is something you don't like about the change, SPEAK UP in a comment and offer your reasons or other suggestions. If you want to introduce any major changes, START A DISCUSSION ABOUT IT in the wiki Forum.

    • A wiki anyone can edit is is wikis own slogan and principle . The wiki belongs and should be open to anyone who wants to contribute  without anyone asking for permission , if it gets messed up ocasionly so be it .

If they want to post all their work on a web page of their own no one would or could change it , but this is a public forum and have no right to not expect it not to be edidted by someone else .

The founder of the Kubera wiki abandoned it and i became the first administraitor and did'd most every thing here , and got others to help . Horseshoe Crab started out by posting edits here long before i apointed her to being an administrator ( she is about the 5TH one )

If others can't edit freely new and better people won't come to this wiki , my main function now days is to make sure the wiki grows and flurishes

The crux of the problem is that that they have translated Currygoms blog and don't want anyone  else to interperate it any other way than their suposidly perfect translation .

Another problem is that Currygom has said she doesn't what her blog posts drirectly translated and posted any where , which is diferent than than her line cartoon which is open to be posted here in exerpts  because the fair use laws .

"If it seems I have misunderstood what you mean by a, "Final non-negotiable page," "

If a page in locked so only a administraitor can edit it , that would solve their problem exept that if there are other administraitors that don't agree 100 percent with them .  I don't agree with their wording ,and they don't want one word changed .

Being disabled i write very slowly  , i misspell lots of words  and the spell check doesn't here so pardon the spelling .

    • The main purpose of the wiki is to be as informative and thorough as possible. Anyone can edit, yes, but if they add irrelevant or incorrect info it will be removed. The source material and supplemental things such as author's notes are the ultimate arbiters of what does and doesn't belong. Interpretations and speculation have no place in the wiki articles, that's what discussion forums are for.

  • Please don't add any categories to any articles that contain an infobox. You spelled some of them wrong as well.

  • Hi, I did a rollback on your edit to 2-165 because in moving your addition you moved/deleted some of the code with it, which messed up the format.

  • I think some people are having a harder time reading the text with the darkened background. (or did you just make it more transparent?) Mind if I lighten it up a little?

  • We already gave them a trial run late last year/earlier this year, and several of us decided it made the galleries look awful, particularly because they crop our images square so that oftentimes important details are no longer visible. Many admins in the Wikia Community also hated the look of the galleries when they were released. Please don't enable them without discussion.

  • Please...... no tiling backgrounds. I'd like the old one back until rojo or I come up with a new one using the wiki background template. Thanks.

  • Just so you guys know (Mizavari too), there is no need to add categories to chapter articles. It's automatically done through the infobox template.

Also, I think adding "Index" to the chapter pages would clutter the whole index system, but if you want to do it, it would take just one edit to the template instead of editing all the chapter pages, just to let you know.

    • Oh uh... don't worry about me. I've been too lazy to add categories anyway. D: I don't think chapter pages need an index either. Did some of them have one?

  • Is it just me or is there something broken on the top right corner of the start page?
