Ten Sairofe is a child of Ran Sairofe and Rana Reimia and an identical twin to Kan Sairofe.

See Sairofe children for his list of siblings.

Appearance[]

Ten is a small boy with short grey-brown hair and purple eyes, same as his father, Ran Sairofe. He is generally shown wearing a pink hoodie and blue shorts. He is practically indistinguishable from his identical twin, Kan Sairofe.

Sometimes he can be distinguished from his brother because he wears red pieces of outfit, such as shoes or a swimsuit, while Kan wears blue ones. He usually wears the hood of his hoodie pulled down, unlike Kan who wears it pulled up.

Personality[]

Both twins are mischievous, playful, hungry for adventure, quick to get excited, disrespectful at times, and less than eager to do their homework.[1]

Ten believes their father to be an extremely strong magician, although Ran's flops are enough to make him take back any such claims.[2] He seems to be less rude than his brother and slightly more observant and less confrontive. He often ends up following his brother's lead rather than taking the initiative.[3]

Notes[]

  • Although Kan and Ten are identical twins, members of their family are able to tell them apart, though they often pretend they cannot.[4]
  • Ten is one of the soul candidates that the suras considered using for the resurrection of Ananta.[1]
  • Ten was born in the 10th month of N18.[5]

Plot[]

Season 3[]

Chapter 35: Return[]

3-002 Leny

(2) Ten and Kan Sairofe are playing on the beach in Mistyshore. When Leny catches the ball they were playing with, they introduce themselves to her. A giant wave suddenly heads towards shore.

(3) Both boys are holding on to a buoy at the edge of the barrier, seemingly undisturbed by getting so far away from shore. Shess swims up, looking for the children. The boys point out that he is outside of the barrier and will have to go around through the checkpoint. They cannot hear Shess because he can only use sura speech.

A sura jumps out of the water, threatening Shess. He punches it and then makes a hole in the barrier with a transcendental, ensuring that they buoy with the boys gets outside of it. He picks them both up and stands on the buoy.

(4) Shess, still with the children in his hands, kicks attacking suras. The twins admire his strength, Kan comments that Shess must be stronger than their father, but Ten disagrees, stating that their father is really strong with magic.

3-004 evacuation

At this moment, their father, Ran Sairofe, teleports over, but directly into the mouth of a sura, then freezes it while freezing himself as well. Both boys agree that his magic sucks. Ran then creates a raft using Hoti Brahma, and sends Shess along with the children towards shore. He then electrocutes the remaining suras with fusion magic, hitting himself in the process and eventually fainting. The boys call out to him.

Chapter 37: Threat[]

3-015 done with playing

(2) The twins are playing with their father, until he surrenders and admits to being weak. Their mother, Rana Reimia, tricks him to say that he was not actually playing properly and he can take much more, so both of them get back to tormenting him. Rana comments that he must make up for the months he was away and that this is still easier than playing with Rimi. Ran breaks free of the children upon receiving a letter.

Chapter 41: Your Seven Years[]

3-046 healed by mom

(1) Rana heals her injured sons, insisting that they play more safely. They retort that a half started the fight by saying that mom and dad were sinning against their own parents. Though the boys do not understand the meaning, since the other halfs laughed, it must have been something bad.

As Rana tells them that it is a bunch of nonsense, Anne Sairofe peeks into the room and complains that she cannot do her homework because Rimi made a mess in the room. The brothers appear unamused. After Rana tells her to do the homework in Eline Haias' lab, she receives a letter from Kalibloom from Ran, and surprisedly exclaims what he is doing there.

(4) Rana decides to go to Kalibloom and leaves the children in the care of their great-aunt, Eline Haias.

Chapter 47: Words That Never Reached You[]

(3) Ten, Kan, and Anne are staying at their family home in Mistyshore, guarded by servants since their parents are both away. The brothers refuse to study and Anne chases them outside, trying to convince them to do so. As they run off, one of them (probably Kan) bumps into a mysterious person.

3-104 Brilith facing a mysterious figure

(4) The person took Ten, Kan, Anne and Leny outside of the city. Both brothers cheer that they will be going on an adventure. Leny thinks this is cute, but Anne chastises them. The children bicker until Brilith Ruin suddenly appears and asks the mysterious person to leave the children alone. The person asks by what right Brilith makes such a demand and reveals himself to be Ran Sairofe, the father of the children. Brilith questions his identity and points out that his half phobia must have disappeared.

(5) Ten and the other children observe as Brilith attacks Ran and uses Bhavati Agni to burn him. The children cry out in horror, the twins attempt to jump in towards their father, but Anne and Leny hold back them back and suggest running away.

Suddenly, Ran regenerates and assures them he lives. Brilith gets ready to attack him again when Agni appears in between the two of them and stops the fight. Agni criticizes Brilith for her error in judgment, pointing out the distressed children whose father Brilith nearly killed before their very eyes. He incapacitates Brilith and asks Ran to tend to the children.

(6) Back in Mistyshore, Chandra gets very verbal regarding Agni. Ten and Kan overhear and start repeating some of Chandra's juicier words, but Laila Hemawati silences them with threats that they would go to hell for blasphemy. Both of them run to hide behind their father.

(8)(13) Lorraine Rartia comes to Mistyshore asking to kill the Sairofe children. She reveals that among them is a special soul the suras wish to use for the resurrection of Ananta. It is speculated that the soul of Saha On or Teo Rakan may have reincarnated into one of the children.

(15) Brilith seems to have lost much of her memory and gone back to what she used to be like. She is helping the children with their homework. Ten and Kan thank her, addressing her as "Bril", for which Anne criticizes them because it is rude to be so casual with a priestess. Their great aunt, Eline Haias, comments that Brilith has gotten close to the children, which means they must have gotten over how Brilith attacked their father.

Chapter 48: Separation[]

(16)(21) While several cities are under attack, the twins stay with their great uncle, Huan Sairofe, in the barrier stone room of the Temple of Water. Although Sagara infiltrates the city and attempts to access the room, she ultimately fails and the boys remain safe.
